Accessibility statement
Last updated: 25 August 2026
VALYGO Labs LLC wants Valygo Chat to work for people with different disabilities, including vision, hearing, motor, cognitive, and seizure-related needs.
Standard
This website is built to meet WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA (EN 301 549 Clause 9 for web).
The accessibility button
Bottom-right of every page. Keyboard: Alt + 0. Your choices are saved in this browser.
One-tap profiles (same idea as the best overlay tools): Blind / screen reader, Low vision, Color blind, Seizure safe, ADHD, Dyslexia, Motor, Cognitive. Then you can fine-tune each setting.
Vision
- Text size up to 200%
- High contrast and invert colors
- Underline links (color is not the only cue)
- Grayscale, plus red-weak, green-weak, and blue-weak color filters
- Hide images
- Reading line and reading mask
Hearing
- Mute media
- Show media text (this marketing page has no live audio; YouTube captions stay on YouTube)
Motor
- Full keyboard use (Tab, Enter, Escape)
- Larger buttons and a bigger cursor
Reading, dyslexia, ADHD, seizures
- Readable font and extra spacing
- Stop animation and flashing
- Highlight headings
- Read this page or selected text aloud (browser voice)
The site also follows the operating system “reduce motion” and “more contrast” settings on a first visit.
Known limits
Decorative mockups are hidden from screen readers. Two-way calling is in the mobile app, so EN 301 549 Clause 6 (real-time text) applies there, not on this page.
